- Describe what went wrong and what you expected instead.
- Attach a screenshot using one of the capture options below (optional but helpful).
- Submit the report. Guests solve a short verification; signed-in members skip it.
On desktop: drag to select an area (Greenshot-style), or capture the visible tab / full scrolling page.
On smartphones: touch and hold the screen for 3 seconds, then drag with your finger to select the area - like Greenshot on desktop.
On Windows: press Win+Shift+S (Snipping Tool) or PrtScn, save the image, then use Upload image below. Your screenshot is sent securely with the report.
Mobile tip: hold 3 seconds, then drag to select - or upload a screenshot from your gallery.
