Data we process

• Account data (name, email, role, profile information)
• Authentication data (password hashes, 2FA secrets — encrypted)
• Domain portfolio and business data entered by users

Purpose & legal basis

Data is processed to operate the internal domain management platform, ensure security (2FA, audit trails), and fulfil contractual obligations. Legal bases include legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data retention

Account data is retained while the user account is active. Audit logs are retained for security and compliance purposes. Archived domain records are kept per internal retention policy.

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Domains24 Platform, an internal tool operated by NETCORE MEDIA for authorized personnel only.

2. Authorized use

Access is restricted to NETCORE-Managers with valid credentials. Sharing accounts, credentials, or recovery codes is prohibited. Two-factor authentication is mandatory.

3. Domain data

Users are responsible for the accuracy of domain portfolio data entered. The platform serves as an internal management tool and does not replace registrar contracts or ICANN policies.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with reasonable notice.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. NETCORE⚡DIGITAL is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.

The Domains24 Platform uses only essential cookies and session storage required for operation and security.

Essential cookies

• Session cookie — maintains your authenticated session
• CSRF token — protects against cross-site request forgery
• Remember me — optional persistent login (if selected)

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies under GDPR/ePrivacy guidelines.

All users of NETCORE services must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited activities

• Unauthorized access or credential sharing
• Distribution of malware, phishing, or illegal content via managed domains
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email in violation of applicable law
• Infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights
• Activities that disrupt NETCORE infrastructure or other customers
• Circumventing security measures including 2FA requirements

Domain management

Domains in the portfolio must be used in compliance with registrar terms, ICANN policies, and applicable local laws. Parked or blocked domains must not be used for abusive purposes.

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, domain blocking, and reporting to relevant authorities. Report concerns via our Abuse contact.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action in accordance with our AUP and legal obligations.

Platform availability

NETCORE targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the Domains24 internal platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance

Maintenance is performed during low-traffic windows (typically Sundays 02:00–06:00 CET). Advance notice is provided to Managing Directors when possible.

Support response times

• Critical (platform down): 4 business hours
• High (major feature impaired): 1 business day
• Normal (general inquiries): 2 business days

Security is fundamental to NETCORE hosting operations. The Domains24 Platform implements multiple layers of protection.

Access security

• Mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP)
• Email verification for all accounts
• Role-based access control (Managing Director / Manager)
• Optional IP allowlist for internal access
• Rate-limited login and 2FA challenges

Data security

• Encrypted 2FA secrets and recovery codes
• HTTPS/TLS for all connections
• Comprehensive audit logging
• Session encryption and CSRF protection

D24-Distributor Partnership Program

The D24-Distributor program enables private individuals and businesses to list and sell domain names on Domains24.net — including domains owned by your customers when you act as a broker.

Who can apply

• Private sellers — individuals selling their own domain portfolio
• Business sellers — companies, agencies, or brokers listing domains for clients

How it works

1. Submit your application and accept the program terms, rules, and legal information
2. Domains24 reviews your application (typically within a few business days)
3. After approval you receive portal access to list domains on the public storefront
4. Buyers submit offers on Domains24 — your identity as the seller is not shown publicly
5. You manage listings, prices, and customer domains through the D24-Distributor portal

D24-Distributor Agreement & Domain Selling Rules

By applying to the D24-Distributor program you agree to the following rules when selling domains on https://netcore.digital.

Listing requirements

• You must have the legal right to sell or broker each listed domain
• All listing information must be accurate — domain name, price, and ownership status
• Domains listed for customers must identify the end customer internally; customer names are not shown on the public storefront
• You are responsible for transferring domains to buyers after a completed sale

Prohibited conduct

• Listing domains you do not own or are not authorised to sell
• Trademark infringement, cybersquatting, or misleading descriptions
• Circumventing the Domains24 offer process by redirecting buyers off-platform
• Spam, abuse, or illegal content associated with listed domains

Platform role

Domains24 provides the storefront and offer management platform. We do not guarantee sales. Domains24 may suspend or remove listings that violate these rules or applicable law.

Legal & privacy

You also accept our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Personal data submitted in your application is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
