NETCORE targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the Domains24 internal platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance is performed during low-traffic windows (typically Sundays 02:00–06:00 CET). Advance notice is provided to Managing Directors when possible.
Support response times
- Critical (platform down): 4 business hours
- High (major feature impaired): 1 business day
- Normal (general inquiries): 2 business days
